Modified source code for the Adaptive Emission Reduction Approach (AERA) (Milestone MS10)

This milestone is achieved by successfully extending the Adaptive Emission Reduction Approach (AERA; Terhaar et al., 2022) to include ocean acidification alongside global surface air temperature targets. The updated code has been implemented, tested, and documented and is available in the project GitHub repository. The extended framework now estimates adaptive emission pathways consistent with prescribed temperature and ocean acidification thresholds and includes regional ocean acidification targets for selected high-latitude regions.
