Description
This deliverable contains a blueprint for establishing the first three steps of a regional Protection Optimization Framework (POF), namely a vision, goals and objectives. While the blueprint presented can be applied in any area and at any scale, it has originally been designed to address an entire marine region, and more concretely in response to the needs, challenges and barriers recognized by Baltic Sea countries in relation to shared marine spatial protection efforts.
