Description
This deliverable provides the code and associated workflows developed within the PROTECT BALTIC project to model the distribution of species and habitats across the Baltic Sea. The modelling framework integrates biological observations with environmental predictor variables to generate spatially explicit predictions of species and habitat suitability under present-day environmental conditions and, where applicable, future scenarios.
All scripts and supporting documentation are available through GitHub repositories for habitats and for species distribution models to facilitate reproducibility, transparency, and future development.
