Description

This open-access data package accompanies the article Reframing Success in Embodied Work: Competing Perspectives on Occupational Exoskeleton Adoption. The study involved 34 semi-structured interviews with operators, managers and experts to examine how the adoption of occupational exoskeletons is negotiated and adapted by different stakeholders across organisational and everyday work practices.

The package contains a README file, compiled interview guides, a blank participant information and consent form, and an exoskeleton report providing an aggregated thematic overview. Full participant-level transcripts are not openly available because full anonymisation cannot be guaranteed for qualitative interview data. They are stored internally in the EUR Yoda Vault and are available for verification purposes.
