Description

The probability of detecting toxic algae reaching above regulatory levels in surface waters for a given temperature, mixed layer depth, salinity, and photosynthetic available radiation. Probability is estimated using machine learning models. The toxic algae are: Alexandrium spp., Alexandrium tamarense group, Dinophysis acuta, and Azadinium spinosum.
