D3.6 Pipelines for connection with the European Digital Twin Ocean

This deliverable (D3.6 Pipelines for connection with the DTO) aims to describe the data flows established for each of those new biodiversity data types, presenting an update of the data flows proposed in the DTO-BioFlow data flow Blueprint (D3.1), delivered in February 2024. In addition, the present deliverable also aims to describe the direct pipelines for connection to the EDITO data lake for biologging, PAM, particle imaging data, and OBIS/GBIF infrastructures. The pipelines described within D3.6 provide the technical details to mobilise the list of datasets presented in D3.3 DTO-BioFlow data product inventory, as well as future datasets originating from the new biodiversity monitoring networks summarised in the DTO-BioFlow data flow Blueprint (D3.1).
