(2) S-APL v2.0 (Strict Architectural Principle License) for commercial and safety-critical deployment — full text in the attached PDF. The Zenodo `license` field shows CC BY-NC 4.0 (the SPDX ID accepted by Zenodo); S-APL v2.0 is the second, mandatory license for any commercial or safety-critical use.

The Strict Architectural Principle License (S-APL) v2.0 is the master license governing all implementations, derivatives, certifications, and commercial deployments of the AMAGI Architectural Class. Every document in the AMAGI family (Framework v2.0, NIPU v1.1, MEM v1.1, Open Specification v1.1, NIST AI RMF Profile v1.1, Master Parameter Sheet v2.0, HARA v1.0, FMEDA v1.0, Traceability Matrix v1.0, AGIAM Charter v1.2) is licensed under CC BY-NC 4.0 for non-commercial use, and any commercial or safety-critical implementation thereof is subject to S-APL v2.0.

S-APL v2.0 defines: (1) the six non-droppable architectural invariants (INV-001 through INV-006) that must be preserved in every Amagi-compliant system; (2) the Derivative Architecture License Agreement (DALA) process for third-party implementations (Section 5); (3) the certification tier definitions Tiers 1–6 (Section 6); (4) the royalty model for certified commercial implementations (Section 7); (5) the trademark and marketing usage matrix (Section 5.1); (6) the mandatory warning label for derivative architectures (Section 5.2); (7) the Wassenaar Arrangement dual-use export control compliance framework.

Version 2.0 supersedes S-APL v1.0 (Zenodo record 10.5281/zenodo.17886698). Changes from v1.0: (a) Derivative Architecture definition is now exclusively invariant-based (no trademark-based variants); (b) certification tier definitions realigned with the six invariants; (c) DALA clarified as the separate instrument for Tier 5/6 implementations; (d) royalty model updated; (e) trademark protection gaps closed (forbidden marketing terms matrix, mandatory warning label, trademark usage matrix in Section 5).

AGIAM Technologies Ltd. is a licensee under S-APL v2.0, not the IP owner. The Amagi intellectual property is held by the original author (Alexey Mikhailovich Burlai) under the succession protocol defined in AGIAM Charter v1.2 §5 (Shamir 3-of-5 secret sharing).
