Description

This record contains the consolidated workshop presentations on the application of the UN Framework Classification for Resources (UNFC) to anthropogenic resources at the national level. The slides comprise two integrated parts: (1) the integrated UNFC-MFA framework developed within the Horizon Europe project FutuRaM, which combines UNFC project classification with material flow analysis to support both bottom-up aggregation of project-level assessments into national balances and top-down disaggregation of national statistics into project-level data; and (2) highlights from selected case studies that illustrate the application of the integrated UNFC-MFA framework across a range of waste streams. The materials were prepared for a workshop addressed to practitioners, regulators and researchers concerned with national-level monitoring of secondary raw material flows and recovery projects. For more details, please look at the FutuRaM D5.1 report (https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.17945112).
