El presente documento resume 1 resolución dictada por la Cuarta Sala de la Corte Suprema con fecha 4 de junio de 2026:
* CS 1357-2026 – Inadmisibilidad de recurso de unificación de jurisprudencia. Materia: Requisitos de admisibilidad del recurso de unificación de jurisprudencia. Se declara inadmisible el recurso al estimar que el tema de derecho planteado no constituye una materia jurídica apta para unificar jurisprudencia, sino un cuestionamiento a los fundamentos de una sentencia de nulidad.
