Problems of improvement of educational process in the system of higher education

At each historical stage of economic development takes place under the influence of certain dominant source or factor of production. If the industrial era was the main productive resource machine technology, then the post–industrial stage, which took humanity at the present stage, the most important economic resources is embodied in the person of knowledge, his intelligence. Driver contributing to the processes of reorganization of university and post–graduate education models are the processes of globalization that have affected almost every aspect of the national economy and informatization of educational process associated with modern information and communication technologies. The article, on the basis of a critical study of higher education system, it is proposed roadmap of improving certain elements of the organization of educational process in higher educational institutions on the example of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
