Deliverable D5.4 – “Morphing Robot first Report” illustrates the progress made up to M36 of the project in developing worm-inspired morphing robots based on magnetic and pneumatic actuation, with a specific focus on bioinspired functional strategies. In particular, the work reported here reports the first prototypes of morphing robots and testing their actuation based on the cited stimuli.
