This deliverable describes planned dissemination, communication, and exploitation actions, building on the information provided in the proposal and updating it as appropriate. As the final deliverable on dissemination and communication activities, it provides a comprehensive overview of the actions implemented throughout the project to maximize the visibility, accessibility, and impact of its results. In particular, the document provides an overview of the main dissemination and communication activities implemented throughout the project, including press releases, scientific publications, participation in dissemination events, and the presentation of the 
project’s exploitable results, as comprehensively detailed in Deliverables D1.12 “Report on Key Communication Events – 3rd Reporting Period” and D1.13 “Final Report on MAPWORMS Workshops.
