Making A Real Connection: Pro-Social Collaborative Play in Extended Realities – Trends, Challenges and Potentials

This workshop paper addresses the role of extended reality (XR)—including augmented, virtual, and mixed reality—in supporting pro-social collaborative play. It focuses on emerging trends, challenges, and future potential in designing XR experiences that foster real-world connection and social interaction.
