Battery Image Dataset: Tesla Model 3, Tesla Model S, and Ford Transit

This dataset contains images of battery packs from three vehicle types: Tesla Model 3, Tesla Model S, and Ford Transit. The dataset is intended for use in computer vision tasks such as image classification and object detection related to electric vehicle and commercial vehicle batteries.

Tesla Model 3 and Tesla Model S images are derived from the MTech project EV battery pack dataset (CC BY 4.0), with additional data augmentation applied. Ford Transit images are original photographs captured by the author. All images have been resized to a uniform resolution of 640 × 640 pixels. The dataset was created as part of the RECIRCULATE project.
