D1.1 – MoM of Kick-off Meeting

The current report represents deliverable D1.1 “MoM of Kick-off Meeting” which is related to Task T1.1 “Project management and coordination towards objectives” of Work Package WP1 (“Project Management”), led by Geosystems Hellas (GSH). This document represents the official report that includes the Minutes of Meeting (MoM) of the OCEANIDS Kick-off Meeting (KO). The MoM of the KO serves as a valuable deliverable, providing a comprehensive record of the meeting's discussions, decisions, and future action items for reference and accountability. More specifically, this deliverable includes the general meeting information, the detailed agenda of the 1st and 2nd day of the KO, information resulting from the organizations and the WP presentations. Last but not least, in the Annex section the Scanned Participation list indicating all the attendees either with in-situ (physical) participation or online (remote) participation, and the Finalized Agenda are included.
