U2Demo_D8.1_Project Management Plan

The Deliverable D8.1 - Project Management Plan (PMP) outlines how the U2Demo project is structured and will be executed and effectively monitored and managed. The document specifies the project structure and timeline, includes all relevant project management tasks, and defines the roles and responsibilities of the participant partners, the management team, and governance bodies. This deliverable also addresses the procedures related to quality assurance, risk assessment, data management, and communication and dissemination of the project.

A set of guidelines will be provided to ensure proper project management and timely completion within budget. These guidelines cover the use of collaborative tools, internal communication protocols with partners and the European Commission (EC), meeting organization, preparation and submission of deliverables and reports, financial reporting, and the management of communication and dissemination activities within the U2Demo project.

This deliverable, together with the U2Demo Consortium and Grant Agreements, serves as a reference document for all members of the U2Demo Consortium ensuring the efficient implementation and management of the project while achieving the objectives set out in the Grant Agreement.
