Description
Information letter and consent form provided to parents before their child took part to FALAH project. As English and French speakers were involved in the project, the deposit contains both versions of these documents.
This deposit contains:
- ParentsConsentForm_en.pdf: the consent form written in English that the parents could return if they did not want their child to be involved in the investigations of FALAH project
- ParentsConsentForm_fr.pdf: the consent form written in French that the parents could return if they did not want their child to be involved in the investigations of FALAH project
