This dataset contains rheological data of ionically crosslinked alginate hydrogels subjected to different sterilization methods: UV sterilization, ethylene oxide (EtO) sterilization, gamma sterilization, steam sterilization, high hydrostatic pressure sterilization (HHP).

The dataset supports the research article:
