REPORT di restituzione del percorso partecipativo in Val di Sole

This report documents the participatory co-design process conducted in Val di Sole (Trentino, Italy) within the Horizon Europe project SMART ERA. Between autumn 2024 and spring 2025, three workshops involving local stakeholders progressively defined the scope of intervention, focusing on the dairy supply chain as the priority area. The process identified four operational pillars, supply chain traceability, producer storytelling, cultural memory and identity, and youth engagement, supported by a combination of digital and analogue tools. The document provides a detailed account of each stage, from initial exploration to action planning, offering a replicable example of participatory innovation in rural contexts.
