Restoration potential of protected freshwater habitats in Natura 2000 network

Description

The dataset includes data on 14 running and standing water habitats protected under the EU Habitats Directive. Freshwater habitat restoration potential was estimated using a Random Forest approach, based on context-dependent variables characterizing Natura 2000 sites, habitats, land use, nutrient levels, and hydrology, derived from EU-wide datasets.
