D8.2 COREnext Impact Report

This deliverable provides a comprehensive overview of the dissemination, communication, and exploitation activities carried out during the implementation of the COREnext project (36 months). It highlights the impact of targeted communication, broad dissemination, and strategic exploitation efforts, linking results with project performance indicators. The document builds upon the initial roadmap (D8.1) and interim update, and now consolidates the achievements and lessons learned throughout the project lifecycle. The report demonstrates how COREnext has positioned itself within the 5G/6G ecosystem, strengthened stakeholder engagement, contributed to scientific excellence, and delivered exploitable results. Both quantitative (Key Performance Indicators) and qualitative measures are included to assess COREnext’s performance, with a balanced review of successes, challenges, and deviations.
