D7.1 Computing-Communication-Sensing Platform Integration Roadmap

This report will provide an overview of the gaps and needs for future integrated Compute Communication Sensing (CCS) platforms that have been studied and documented. This is based on internal developments & future requirements of end-users from different application domains. It is being looked at from the perspective of digital, analogue and integrated HW/SW solutions. It also includes the impact of the open-source RISC-V cores, as this is gaining more and more momentum in the design world. The gaps and needs form the bases for an initial version of the roadmap. The1st version of a roadmap was mainly based on internal R&D in the consortium and is also being aligned with other initiatives, like e.g. the ECS and SNS SRIAs. In the current version of the deliverable, advice and feedback from external experts has been integrated.
