83306 protein structure predictions (ColabFold/AlphaFold2) with .pdb structures, pae JSON and pLDDT JSON outputs from ColabFold as part of Basler et al: A comprehensive catalogue of phages in the honey bee gut microbiome, used with Phold

The tarball contains 3 subdirectories and one TSV file:

renamed_pae_jsons: contains ColabFold/AlphaFold2 pae JSON files for each structure prediction

renamed_jsons: contains ColabFold/AlphaFold2 plddt JSON files for each structure prediction

renamed_pdbs: contains ColabFold/AlphaFold2 .pdb structure prediction files

plddt_ptm_len.tsv: 5 column TSV containing (for each protein in the Pharokka annotations)

1. protein name
2.  length (AA)
3. folded (all True) - redundant  column
4.  mean_plddt - mean AlphaFold2 pLDDT across the whole protein
5. ptm (AlphaFold2)

This file is also available in the main repository

Note that for easier Zenodo upload file size uploads, I split the tarball into 1GB chunks suffixed _partaa _partab etc.

To recombine and extract:

cat  basler_output_renamed.tar.gz_part* >  basler_output_renamed.tar.gz

tar -xzf basler_output_renamed.tar.gz

For validation, the md5sum of the overall tarball is 747e994bbfd9e07250420724e10ebe2d
