Key stakeholders mapping and functional requirements elicitation and analysis

This Deliverable provides an overview of the activities carried out under T2.1 (Stakeholder mapping and end-user needs analysis through processes of co-creation), which primarily focuses on the identification of key stakeholders relevant to CiROCCO objectives and services and their enrolment in the Project’s stakeholder community, as well as the elicitation and further analysis of CiROCCO system functional requirements, as perceived and expressed by the identified stakeholders, as a follow-up activity.

The structured approach was adopted to identify the relevant stakeholders, engage them in the CiROCCO Stakeholders’ community and get valuable feedback from them to align, to the extent that this is possible, their needs and requirements with CiROCCO’s expected outputs, which are described in detail in this Deliverable. Furthermore, targeted feedback from key stakeholders has been appropriately processed, and the identified end-user needs are also listed in this report.

The disclaimers included in this Deliverable, referring also to disclaimers included in Project questionnaires (in Annexes 2, 4, 6 and 8) have also been used in similar past projects, following EU recommendations. Ad hoc modifications were added to comply with the Grant Agreement conditions for CiROCCO (Grant Agreement number: 101086497).
