DBRepo: Make research in relational databases FAIR, versioned and citable (Love Data Week 2026)

The presentation introduces TU Darmstadt's upcoming service "DBRepo as a Service", which is based on the open-source software DBRepo developed at TU Vienna. It discusses the role of relational databases in research, the challenges of making them FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable), and how this service addresses these challenges to enable reliable sharing, reuse and citation of relational databases and data.
