Description
This deliverable aims at presenting the training strategy defined in Task 6.1. The
challenge addressed is to investigate how to facilitate the setup of training sessions for
ODISSEE partners. This deliverable is composed of two part. First, it gather a non
exhaustive analysis of available training opportunities for ODISSEE partners. This part
is further decomposed in five parts: Classical HPC training, Advanced training, testbed
training, High Performance Computing (HPC) center training, and special training
events. The second part of this document describes our general strategy for providing
adequate training in the scope of ODISSEE as well as a first use case that has been
identified and that is being worked on. This use cases, and the next one, will not only
have immediate on SKAO or HL-HLC but it will also enable to identify improvement to
SLICES-RI to ease the setting up of training in SLICES-RI, in particular through the
specification of training oriented services.
