Full-Spectrum Synthetic Organizations: How AI Closes the Last Verification Gap for Under $500
Description
Full-Spectrum Synthetic Organizations demonstrates that a complete organizational impersonation infrastructure—fabricated company, deepfake-capable executives, backdoor-compromised AI products, and customer-facing operations—can be established for under $500 initial cost and approximately $400/month operational expense.
This paper extends prior Helix Fabric research (2025) with three new attack layers: real-time deepfake video/audio generation enabling synthetic personas to participate in live calls; backdoored language models validated by Microsoft February 2026 research; and the governance vacuum where 73% of target organizations operate without AI policies.
The Helix Fabric v2 detection framework is presented as a live, operational API at https://helix-fabric.jtckyqfkpb.workers.dev, identifying synthetic entities through eight detection vectors including bio NLP analysis, archive gap detection, temporal clustering, and novel deepfake media forensics. Every scan contributes to a growing vector knowledge base that improves subsequent detection accuracy.
