This is a python implementation of the Wigner-Ville Distribution I wrote for data evaluation for the following publication:
"Broadband terahertz dispersion control in hybrid waveguides," Opt. Express 24, 22319-22333 (2016), https://doi.org/10.1364/OE.24.022319
Since I did not find any helpful code-snippets at the time I did the time-frequency data analysis part for this project, I decided to share this little piece of code.
