Accelerating transformative innovation in food policy: a collaborative and systemic approach for transforming food environments

Description
The Living Lab for Health at IrsiCaixa and the Barcelona Metropolitan Area (AMB), in collaboration with IRTA and over 20 local organizations, have launched a systems innovation initiative to promote long-term transformation of food environments in vulnerable neighborhoods of the Barcelona City Region. Through a multi-stakeholder community called Alison, this project explores collaborative approaches to sustainable food system change. This poster presents the project’s objectives, methodology, and expected outcomes.
