AI OSI Core v0.1: Decision Evidence & Temporal Validity Standard

AI OSI Core v0.1 defines a minimal, universal standard for recording, preserving, and expiring decisions made by or with the assistance of artificial intelligence systems.

The standard specifies a single, immutable Decision Record object designed to answer, at a later time and outside its original context, who made a decision, using which system and inputs, under what constraints, and for how long that decision was intended to remain valid.

AI OSI Core is intentionally non-prescriptive. It does not define safety requirements, ethical principles, enforcement mechanisms, or compliance criteria. It provides a low-level evidence primitive that downstream governance, audit, regulatory, and risk frameworks may consume.

Version v0.1 is a frozen initial release published for public inspection, critique, and implementation.
