This major release unifies RDCC into a precision, data-confronted framework: full RDCC--CLASS integration (background, perturbations, mirror-Boltzmann hierarchy, CMB/matter power spectra), multi-probe confrontation (CMB + LSS + GW + 21-cm + high-z galaxies), quantum-geometric completion (bounce--BH duality with shared metric and information flow), galaxy formation model (calibrated against IllustrisTNG/EAGLE/FIRE), and 21-cm reionization simulations (bubble size distribution, cross-correlations).
The nonsingular, eternally cyclic model uses a single effective complex scalar field Φ in a tilted double-well potential, driving dynamic dark energy (w_DE > -1) and eternal cycles. A CPT-conjugate mirror sector provides cold dark matter and resolves baryon asymmetry (η_B ≈ 6.1×10^{-10}, Ω_DM/Ω_b ≈ 5.38).
Falsifiability: No GW echo population (LISA/LIGO), no subhalo suppression (Euclid/JWST), no 21-cm flattening (SKA/HERA), S_8 mismatch (Euclid), ΔN_eff > 0.1 (CMB-S4/BBN).
