Relaxation-Driven Cyclic Cosmology (RDCC) v10.0: Unified Cosmology, Full Simulations, and Observational Pipelines

This major release unifies RDCC into a complete, simulatable framework: RDCC Simulation Suite v3.0 (bounce evolution, mirror-Boltzmann hierarchy, nonlinear structure, 21-cm light-cone, BH populations), unified bounce–black-hole correspondence (shared metric and information flow), observational pipeline (likelihoods for CMB/BAO/GW/21-cm, MCMC integration), and galaxy formation model (star-formation rate, mirror-cooling).

The nonsingular, eternally cyclic model uses a single effective complex scalar field Φ in a tilted double-well potential, driving dynamic dark energy (w_DE > -1) and eternal cycles. A CPT-conjugate mirror sector provides cold dark matter and resolves baryon asymmetry (η_B ≈ 6.1×10^{-10}, Ω_DM/Ω_b ≈ 5.38).

Falsifiability: No GW echo population (LISA/LIGO), no subhalo suppression (Euclid/JWST), no 21-cm flattening (SKA/HERA), S_8 mismatch (Euclid), ΔN_eff > 0.1 (CMB-S4/BBN).

While the core of RDCC remains a structural, timeless framework with fixpoint character, this document explores a dynamical realization of the bounce mechanism to enable concrete, falsifiable predictions.
