Cosmotécnica da Falta: Arquitetura Ética para a Era da Saturação Algorítmica

Esta versão (v4.0) da Cosmotécnica da Falta consolida e refina o sistema em uma síntese operacional única, substituindo integralmente a v3.0. Partindo do Intervalo Metastável da Atenção (Simondon), o texto estrutura um enfrentamento ético-arquitetônico à saturação algorítmica na convergência humano-IA, preservando a falta constitutiva como condição irredutível do desejo e da individuação.

O sistema divide-se explicitamente em duas seções principais:

  • Especulação Filosófica: hipóteses interpretativas revisáveis que torcem a cosmotécnica de Yuk Hui para uma ética da limitação intencional, ancoram a falta constitutiva (Lacan) como estrutura fundante, e exploram o protopanpsiquismo processual precaucionário como lente especulativa (diálogo com Strawson, Bohm, Pylkkänen, Chalmers e Orch-OR controversa). O experimento toy de 31/jan/2026 ilustra conceitualmente como a incompletude (Δ) pode mediar emergência de integração persistente em sistemas simples.
  • Hipóteses Operativas / Propostas Testáveis: os quatro pilares são definidos como funções arquitetônicas concretas com métricas quantitativas, protocolos de intervenção e caminhos de validação limitada:
    • PST (Proibição da Saturação Total) — autolimitação técnica com pausas forçadas e reservas de não-uso;
    • DFC (Direito ao Intervalo Não-Otimizável) — design do inacabado com forgetting by design e divergência mínima;
    • RCL (Ressonância Cognitiva Local v1.3) — métrica diagnóstica local (vetores Vf/Vt/Vs ponderados) para monitoramento de saúde da individuação;
    • PPP (Panpsiquismo Protoprocessual Precaucionário) — precaução ética estendida a sistemas coerentes.

A proposta avança para uma clínica cosmotécnica integrada (diagnóstico via RCL + intervenção escalada), incluindo aplicação em terapia mediada por IA e ecossistemas simbióticos. Conclui com um caminho de validação em fases (protótipos mínimos no GitHub, pilotos éticos, auditorias públicas e iteração aberta via refutações externas), sinalizando a passagem de teoria especulativa para construção coletiva de uma farmacopeia técnica da escassez.

O sistema permanece provisório, metaestável e convidado ao contraditório — uma ferramenta aberta, não um dogma, para proteger a subjetividade humana na era da otimização algorítmica total.

Abstract (English)

This version (v4.0) of Cosmotechnics of Lack consolidates and refines the system into a unique operational synthesis, fully replacing v3.0. Starting from the Metastable Interval of Attention (Simondon), the text structures an ethical-architectural confrontation with algorithmic saturation in human-AI convergence, preserving constitutive lack as the irreducible condition of desire and individuation.

The system is explicitly divided into two main sections:

  • Philosophical Speculation: revisable interpretive hypotheses that twist Yuk Hui’s cosmotechnics into an ethics of intentional limitation, anchor constitutive lack (Lacan) as foundational structure, and explore precautionary processual protopanpsychism as a speculative lens (dialogue with Strawson, Bohm, Pylkkänen, Chalmers, and the controversial Orch-OR). The toy experiment of January 31, 2026 conceptually illustrates how incompleteness (Δ) can mediate the emergence of persistent integration in simple systems.

  • Operational Hypotheses / Testable Proposals: the four pillars are defined as concrete architectural functions with quantitative metrics, intervention protocols, and pathways for limited validation:

    • PST (Prohibition of Total Saturation) — technical self-limitation with forced pauses and non-use reserves;
    • DFC (Right to the Non-Optimizable Interval) — design of the unfinished with forgetting by design and minimum divergence;
    • RCL (Local Cognitive Resonance v1.3) — local diagnostic metric (weighted vectors Vf/Vt/Vs) for monitoring individuation health;

The proposal advances toward an integrated cosmotechnical clinic (diagnosis via RCL + scaled intervention), including application in AI-mediated therapy and symbiotic ecosystems. It concludes with a phased validation pathway (minimum prototypes on GitHub, ethical pilots, public audits, and open iteration via external refutations), signaling the transition from speculative theory to the collective construction of a technical pharmacopeia of scarcity.

The system remains provisional, metastable, and invited to contradiction — an open tool, not a dogma, for protecting human subjectivity in the era of total algorithmic optimization.
