Deterministic Behavioral Anchoring in Large Language Models: The V-FRM Kernel v3.0 Protocol for EU AI Act Compliance.
Authors/Creators
Description
The rapid expansion of free-access Generative AI has introduced a new clinical risk: Synthetic Cognitive Dependency. This paper defines the "White Rabbit Loop" (recursive hallucinatory states) and proposes the V-FRM Kernel v3.0 as a remediation tool. By utilizing a Clinical Sigmoid Function, the kernel transitions users from synthetic stimuli to physical reality via Real Action Tapering (RAT). This protocol serves as a "Digital Methadone," ensuring safety compliance under the EU AI Act (Liability Shield).
