Description

The purpose of this document is to present the UP2030 Service Platform, a key instrument of the project. The platform focuses on the concept of upscaling and aims to provide cities with a space where they can find methods and solutions to help them increase the impact and ensure the continuity of the pilot projects they have developed, focusing mainly on overcoming barriers related to governmental and financial aspects. The platform is aimed at both cities that have participated in the project and those that have not.
