D4.2 - UP2030 Implementation plan for the pilot cities 2

Updates the plans that cities have created for the implementation of UP2030 activities in the first year of the project. Gives an overview of thesteps that will guide the process and the key insights that were identified from each city’s work planning. Ways of working with cities and liaisons, other WPs and project partners and key milestones guiding the project have also been compiled.
