Facilitation Tips & Tools Guide

This Facilitation Tips & Tools Guide was developed as part of the RDA TIGER project to capture the practical knowledge, techniques, and lessons learned during the facilitation of international, multi-disciplinary RDA working groups. Although inspired by the facilitation practices used to support RDA Working Groups specifically, this guide is meant to include tips and tools that are organisation-neutral and applicable to anyone coordinating collaborative group work. Whether you are leading a working group, coordinating a project task, or bringing together diverse stakeholders to produce an output, effective facilitation supports the group’s success, helps building momentum, and ensures inclusivity. This resource compiles practical tools, approaches, and considerations to help facilitators plan, run, and sustain productive group activities in any context.
