Description
The zip file contains a README explaining how to run the workflow described in our manuscript. In the Example_Data folder, we added the preprocessed files from the GDSC that are used as input for our workflow. The bash scripts that execute our model can be found in the GDSC2_Example_Workflow folder. Additionally, it contains R scripts that generate the plots that we depict in our Results section.
