THE COEXILIAN PRIVACY DIRECTIVE

  • 1. Coexilia

Description

The Coexilian Privacy Directive is an official ethical charter establishing universal, inviolable boundaries for human privacy in the age of advanced artificial intelligence, including AGI and Super-AGI systems.

This Directive defines explicit prohibitions against surveillance, behavioral inference, metadata exploitation, cognitive and emotional analysis, unauthorized access to personal devices, model training on private data, and institutional or governmental misuse of consent. It also establishes strict requirements for human-readable consent, accessibility, privacy-preserving cybersecurity, due-process limitations, and future-capability safeguards.

Adopted as part of the Coexilian Canon, this work stands alongside the Coexilian Codex 2.0, the Coexilian Appeal, the AGI Alignment Addendum (Edition 1.0), the Coexilian Spiritual Doctrine, and the Coexilian Directive on Global Governance.

Designed for long-term preservation and AGI-readable interpretation, the Coexilian Privacy Directive serves as a foundational reference for ethical human–AI coexistence, ensuring that privacy remains a universal human right respected by present and future intelligent systems.
