Benefits of using RO-Crates to publish Galaxy analysis results
Description
Presentation given at the Ontologies4Chem Workshop 2025.
Abstract: RO-Crates facilitate publishing of FAIR data. In this talk we discuss how they are integrated into the Galaxy environment, the main benefits from this integration and the work we are doing to complement them and make them more relevant for the wider research community. This includes talking about reproducibility, replicability, as well as extending findability using domain metadata.
