Ergebnisbericht zum Workshop der Hochschulleitungen im Rahmen der Umsetzung der Forschungsorientierten Gleichstellungs- und Diversitätsstandards (FOGD). Berichtszyklus 2022–2025

Im Rahmen der Umsetzung der Forschungsorientierten Gleichstellungs- und Diversitätsstandards (FOGD) der DFG fand am 25. Juni 2025 in Frankfurt am Main der Workshop der Hochschulleitungen als Abschluss des Berichtszyklus 2022–2025 statt. Im Fokus des Austauschs standen Ergebnisse aus den Hochschulberichten zu den FOGD, Best-Practice-Beispiele der Hochschulen und die strategische Weiterentwicklung der Gleichstellungs- und Diversitätsarbeit. Der Ergebnisbericht aus dem Workshop stellt die Ergebnisse des ersten Berichtszyklus nach der Erweiterung der Standards um den Aspekt Diversität dar und umfasst die Zusammenfassung der Hochschulberichte sowie die zentralen Ergebnisse des Workshops.

In connection with the implementation of the DFG’s Research-Oriented Equity and Diversity Standards (FOGD), a workshop for university leadership teams was held in Frankfurt am Main on 25 June 2025 to conclude the 2022–2025 reporting cycle. The event focused on findings from the universities’ FOGD reports, examples of best practice at higher education institutions and the strategic further development of work in the area of equity and diversity. Comprising a summary of the universities’ reports and the key outcomes of the workshop, the workshop report presents the results of the first reporting cycle following the extension of the standards to include the dimension of diversity.
