Development of synergistic framework of tools and methods that will allow the production of Analysis Ready Data and indices

This deliverable outlines a framework for generating Analysis Ready Data (ARD) from satellite observations, streamlining data preprocessing for Earth Observation (EO) applications. The modular and scalable framework consists of four levels—baseline data (L1), corrected data (L2), advanced data aggregation (L3), and multisensory data fusion (L4)—designed to enhance data quality, usability, and interoperability. This deliverable is a state of the art of the technologies required to build the framework.

Key processes include atmospheric correction, spatial alignment, radiometric calibration, data fusion, and AI-driven analysis, enabling applications such as land-use classification, change detection, and environmental monitoring. The framework leverages best practices and stateof-the-art, while integrating data from diverse sources such as satellites and drones.
