Description
Abstract:
This technical presentation introduces OmniGaza®, a blockchain-based digital infrastructure platform developed by Sentnl.io for The Ndege Group, Africa's Sovereign Development Trust® as detailed by Charles Holtzkampf here.
The platform addresses critical inefficiencies in African development finance through cryptographic transparency, milestone-based fund disbursement, and immutable audit trails. Built on Layer 1 Antelope blockchain architecture with smart contracts audited by Sentnl, OmniGaza® transforms opacity and information asymmetry in development finance by implementing escrow-based fund release mechanisms contingent upon verified project completion.
The presentation demonstrates real-world impact through Guinea-Bissau's blockchain-based wage management implementation, which tracked 26,600 public officials and reduced the wage bill from 80% to 50% of tax revenue, generating €45 million in annual savings. Technical specifications include React/Next.js frontend, JavaScript/PostgreSQL backend, 256-bit encryption with multi-signature wallets, approximately two-second transaction finality, and transaction costs ranging from €0.001 to €500. The platform extends beyond development finance to encompass commodity trade transparency, providing cryptographic verification of supply chains and reducing fraud risks whilst lowering insurance premiums. OmniGaza® represents sovereign-grade infrastructure purpose-built for African institutional integration, offering data sovereignty and direct investor access to sovereign-backed projects.
