Unified Recursion Theory Core Constraint Framework
Description
This release constitutes v8.0 of the Unified Recursion Theory (URT) Core Framework, representing a formal architectural realignment of the theory into a constraint-based framework.
Earlier versions of URT were presented as a monolithic synthesis.
Version 8.0 restructures URT into a canonical constraint architecture, explicitly separating:
-
foundational admissibility conditions,
-
operator semantics and closure,
-
admissibility evaluation (ORM),
-
and all downstream realizations, diagnostics, and applications.
This document does not introduce new results, derivations, numerical claims, or empirical validation.
Instead, it serves as a composite architectural synthesis of three foundational papers, which define the admissibility constraints underlying URT:
-
Foundation I: Minimal Admissibility of Irreversible Updates
-
Foundation II: Canonical Operator Semantics and Constraint Closure in Unified Recursion Theory
-
Foundation III: Oscillation Recursion Mirror: Admissibility Evaluation Under Competing Irreversible Updates in Unified Recursion Theory
These foundational papers are treated as axiomatic sources.
Their derivations, proofs, and falsification criteria remain exclusively within their respective manuscripts.
All validation, diagnostic, geometric, and domain-specific realizations of URT appear in separate downstream papers and are not part of this core framework.
Version 8.0 therefore defines what irreversible physical updates must satisfy to be admissible, without specifying dynamics, mechanisms, or outcomes.
Version Notes
-
v8.0 formalizes URT as a constraint theory, not a dynamical model
-
Removes all validation, datasets, numerics, and geometry from the core document
-
Establishes explicit architectural boundaries between foundations and downstream papers
-
Supersedes v7.x monolithic formulations without asserting new scientific claims
