Deliverable D12.1, developed under WP12, presents the Dissemination, Communication and Exploitation (DCE) Plan of ANIMA MUNDI. This living document outlines a phased strategy to ensure the project’s visibility, knowledge transfer, and long-term impact. Structured around three implementation phases, it details target audiences, communication channels, and content production, including multimedia outputs and strategic events. The Plan supports the international promotion of European values through the European Animation Industry Ecosystem and ensures that project results remain accessible, usable, and impactful beyond the project’s duration.
