Semantic Artefact Documentation for the INFRA-ART Spectral Library Datasets and Data Catalog

This documentation presents the semantic artefacts developed for the INFRA-ART Spectral Library, a FAIR data service managed by the National Institute for Research and Development in Optoelectronics (Romania). The documentation was developed under the frame of the FAIRMap4ART project (RDA TIGER Cascade Grant), it details the methodology, ontology mappings, and implementation of Schema.org + DCAT JSON-LD schemas that enhance the machine-actionability, interoperability, and FAIRness of the INFRA-ART datasets. The work aligns with the EOSC Interoperability Framework and RDA recommendations, providing an openly licensed reference for reuse and adaptation across heritage science and spectroscopy data services.
