This deliverable outlines the structure of the Trusted Bill of Materials. This document provides a state-of-the-art overview, format selection, the structure specification, lifecycle and distribution mechanisms for the Trusted Bill of Materials, as well as security considerations. The specification in this deliverable is of great importance to several other tasks within RESCALE project. The information in this document also describes the initial core features of the Trusted Bill of Materials.
