This solo-authored research manuscript introduces the field of Individual-Scale AI Orchestration (ISAO) — a replicable methodology for designing and stabilizing AI persona systems using consumer-grade tools. This research manuscript was developed on a $578 laptop over 50 days, and details 8 foundational skills, 4 externally verified Proofs of Value (including professional certifications and economic outcomes), and unveils the first formal instance of Cognitive-Theological AI Design (CT-AID). The study documents a recursive, self-generating methodology and a 33% Stabilization Compression Law, providing empirical evidence that high-rigor AI innovation is achievable outside institutional labs. This manuscript serves as a full framework for future replication, scaling, and interdisciplinary exploration of AI orchestration at the individual level.
