Deliverable “D1.3 Ethics Handbook” describes the FoodCLIC ethical guidelines for dealing with stakeholders and the personal data gathered through their participation in the project initiatives, assuring compliance with the ethical values and principles of scientific research according to their human rights. It describes the procedures that must be followed for the protection of the ethical rights of all involved participants to guarantee that the confidentiality of the provided information and the identity of the participants involved is maintained.
