Description

This deliverable presents the Dissemination, Communication and Exploitation (DC&E) Strategy and Plan for the Project, organised around a series of four campaigns to ensure outreach, knowledge transfer, participation and capacity building amongst key target audiences. The document starts by introducing the objectives of the communication, dissemination and outreach activities and the target audiences.
